If you would like information about student finance, becoming independent, your student status, etc., please schedule an appointment with the social services department here. We always work by appointment to guarantee good service. We distinguish between first appointments and follow-up appointments.

--> Have you never had contact with a social services employee before? Then schedule your appointment via “first appointment”.
--> If you have already been in contact with a member of the social services team during your studies, please schedule an appointment with the same member of staff via “follow-up appointment”.

Have you never been in contact with a social services employee before? Then schedule your appointment via the link below. An employee will be automatically assigned to you. The appointment confirmation will show you which employee you have an appointment with.

If you wish, you can contact the employee prior to your appointment to briefly explain your situation. See here for the contact details of the employees. Be sure to include your name and the time of the appointment in the subject line of your email. This will help us prepare for the meeting.
