“Feeling good about yourself.” That's what we constantly strive for. But is this something we can control ourselves and if so, what are the elements that can help us get a grip on it? In this information session we will try to shed some light on this. Our starting point is the 'happiness triangle'. Do not expect ready-made answers but rather tools and reflections which you can work with afterwards.
