Dealing with emotions during your studies


Balancing your attention between studying, working, socializing, healthy eating habits, adequate exercise, etc. during college days is quite a challenge. In addition, tight deadlines, exams can completely unbalance our emotions. Do you want to stop and work on your mental well-being during your student period? We will work 2 evenings together to master your emotions and increase your resilience.
During this workshop you will learn:

better deal with stress
how to add more energizers in your planning and how to reduce your energy consumers.
You learn how to deal with setbacks and maintain a positive mindset
You learn about the different facets of positive health including working on happiness, but also exercise, nutrition, sleep, social network, etc.
