Rent a student bike!
With a student bike, you cycle cheaply and quickly from your dorm or the station to campus.
You can rent the student bike for 6 euros per month (minimum three months) and a deposit of 75 euros
The rental price includes free servicing* and strong locks.
The student bikes are rented out by Fietspunt in Ostend and are made possible by a collaboration between STUVO VIVES and Fietspunt.
Fietspunt is open every working day from 7am to 7pm.
*Students with a long-term contract must have their bicycle serviced free of charge every three months. Normal maintenance can be carried out immediately (maximum1/2 hour work). If there are repairs, the bicycle may be temporarily withheld and/or replaced. Failure to honour this agreement means that €10.00 per missed service will be charged at the end of the contract. Maintenance can take place without appointment during the opening hours of the bicycle point. Servicing is stated on the contract and can take place from 1 week before to 1 week after the stated date.
