Social anxiety, also known as social phobia, is a common obstacle in daily life, characterized by intense fear in social situations.
People who suffer from social anxiety often fear that they will be judged negatively by others, which can lead to avoidance of social interactions and severe discomfort in everyday situations. This anxiety can affect various aspects of life, such as work, school and personal relationships. Coping with social anxiety can be challenging, but there are effective strategies and therapies available to alleviate symptoms.
During this workshop, we will offer insights and practical tips to build your confidence and face social situations with greater ease.
Led by Lize Devolder, cognitive behavioral therapist, the workshop provides a safe environment for learning and growth.
