Brooding


Do you sometimes worry about the past or the future and seem to have no control over it? Do your thoughts seem to run in circles without seeming to reach a solution? Does brooding make you stressed and tired?



Then the workshop 'Worrying' could be for you. In this workshop we reflect on what exactly mulling is. Instead of stopping your thoughts completely, we will teach you tools that will help you regain control of your brooding thoughts. Mulling thoughts can be tricky, but if we know how to deal with them, our thoughts can actually be quite useful!



This workshop is interactive, which means there is an opportunity to share your own experiences. You can, but you don't have to! You choose what and how much you share. It can also be interesting to listen to the experiences of others. That way you can find that you are not at all alone in this!”
