In September 2022, STUVO VIVES opened a brand new residence on the Bruges campus.
This residence has no less than 137 rooms, of which 131 are standard rooms with private bathrooms (15m³) and 6 wheelchair-friendly rooms with adapted bathrooms. There is also 1 studio with separate bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. This studio has about 33m³ of living space and is suitable for 2 people.
Each floor has a communal kitchen with a built-in freezer, sink, and induction cooktop with hood. In the kitchen, each student has a locker that can be locked with a room key to store their belongings.
The rooms are all equipped with a closet, bookshelf, desk, bed with bed base (without mattress, except for international students), refrigerator. Each room has a private bathroom with shower and toilet and sink.
Rents for academic year 2024-2025 (11-month lease) are:
- Standard room € 442,60 per month
- Spacious room € 476,21 per month (wheelchair users pay the price of a standard room)
- A studio costs € 728,33 per month and can also be rented by 2 people.
The semester prices are €2440 for a standard room and €2620 for an adjusted room, semester prices are for Erasmus students only.
