Self-defense


In this training you will go through a course to learn to be resilient in various situations, more specifically in situations that are often perceived as intimidating.

In dealing with aggression, we will work mainly in a physical way, allowing you to feel safe as a person and to put yourself in situations that were not too easy before (think of going out, traveling to unknown destinations, being on the road late at night, ...).

Understanding the origins of aggression and recognizing the different forms of aggression are also important here. In addition to physical training, the course also gives you other tools on how to limit or counteract aggression.
