Student life asks a lot of a young adult! Receiving an education and also making time for your private life, friends and hobbies... this is not always easy to combine. Sometimes, during periods of high work pressure for school or towards exams, it is not always easy to combine and balance everything. These are periods that cause us continuous stress and in which we sometimes lose our heads... In such periods we get all kinds of complaints, and we don't know how to deal with them...

Practicing cardiac coherence offers an answer to this. This is a very simple but very effective breathing technique, which allows you to respond to your nervous system and return to rest and relaxation. This method is scientifically based.

In this online info session we learn what stress is, and how heart coherence can be applied as a simple and efficient technique to regulate your stress level. We will learn some basic exercises, and also see some apps and online applications you can use as support.

This session is a general information session. Attending a workshop on this topic is also possible.
