During these trainings you will learn:

recognize and regulate your emotions better
cope better with stress
How to add more energizers in your planning and how to reduce your energizers.
You learn how to deal with setbacks and how to maintain a positive mindset.
You will learn the different facets of positive health including working on happiness, but also exercise, nutrition, sleep, social network, etc.
We work in small groups where you will be given various tools and exercises such as reflection and visualization assignments. You will create your own individual action plan to change behavior and work on positive health during your studies.
