The exam period is the moment of truth. For an entire semester you work toward those few hours of written exam or that 20-minute oral presentation. For many, this comes with some stress. Thank goodness for that! After all, stress prepares our bodies to tackle the challenge you face.
But what if you feel like stress is just constantly throwing you off balance? How do you stop emerging panic? How can you keep your stress somewhat under control anyway? Can you avoid a blackout? Together we will look for answers and some tools to help you face the exams with more confidence.
