Balancing your attention between studying, working, socializing, healthy eating habits, adequate exercise, etc. during college days is quite a challenge. In addition, tight deadlines, exams can completely unbalance our emotions. Do you want to stop and work on your mental well-being during your student period? We will work 2 evenings together to master your emotions and increase your resilience.
During these trainings you will learn
Recognize and regulate your emotions better
cope better with stress
How you can add more energizers in your planning and how you can reduce your energy consumers.
You learn how to deal with setbacks and how to maintain a positive mindset.
You will learn about the different facets of positive health including working on happiness, but also exercise, nutrition, sleep, social network, etc.
We work in small groups where you will be given various tools and exercises such as reflection and visualization assignments. You will create your own individual action plan to change behavior and work on positive health during your studies.
