VIVES has a range of student rooms and studios on and around the Roeselare campus.
These can be found at:
- Wilgenstraat 32 (45 rooms), rent* from € 248,64 to € 281,92 per month
- Vijfwegenstraat 3 (32 rooms), rent* from € 293,01 to € 310,66 per month
- Meensesteenweg 215 (26 rooms and 4 studios), rent* from € 350,43 to € 444,71 per month.
- Wilgenstraat 11 (17 studios), rent* from € 350,43 to € 365,13 per month (or € 558,13 for a 2 person studio).
* Rent is subject to possible indexation
All of our rooms and studios are furnished (bed, bed base, wardrobe, bookshelf, desk and chair) and equipped with a washbasin with hot and cold running water. The studios have an en-suite bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Water, heating, electricity, and internet are all included in the monthly rent.
The communal areas are cleaned on a weekly basis by our own personnel, with the exception of the kitchen. Since we expect that the students that use of the kitchen, leave everything tidy and clean. That way everyone can always make use of a clean kitchen at all times.
The pricing for each location varies from room to room, depending on the size and level of comfort.
