A very reasonably priced place to stay nearby, or even on your campus? It’s possible!

STUVO VIVES has an extensive offer of rooms under its own management in Kortrijk, Roeselare and Torhout. Note: because of the very high demand, these rooms are usually taken in a very short time. For a room in Kortrijk, Roeselare and Torhout, apply using the form on the VIVES website.

First come, first served - so be sure to apply in good time! Applications start on March 18th 2023.

DOORNIKSESTEENWEG RESIDENCE

In the 2017-2018 academic year, a brand-new residence opened its doors on the Kortrijk Campus. There are no fewer than 126 spacious rooms, all equipped with their own bathrooms. There is also provision for students with a disability, with 12 adapted rooms. Rent* is € 434,66 monthly, all inclusive. A large room costs € 460,41. Any questions? STUDENT HOUSE

Right on the campus there’s a student house offering more than 50 rooms. The monthly rent* of € 298,06 includes energy bills and internet, so you know in advance exactly how much you’ll pay each month. Wheelchair users can also access this property: six rooms have adapted bathrooms and are fully wheelchair-accessible. Lien Reyns has the answers to any questions.

MEERSSTRAAT RESIDENCE

Since September 2014, we have a new city center residence located in the Meersstraat, with 76 single rooms at a rent* of € 409,96 and 19 double rooms at € 554,18, each with their own bathrooms. These are mainly used for students from abroad, but we would also like to give Belgian students a chance to make friends for life from all over Europe!

There are special Erasmus prices for the full semester: rent* is € 2225,50 for a single room and € 3279,69 for a double room (if you're studying at VIVES). If you're not attending VIVES, the price is € 2401,20 for a single and € 3513,95 for a double room. You can obtain more info from Steve Vangroenweghe.
